On Friday I decided to chop my hair off. I took off about 4 inches, give or take. I have been contemplating it for about a month. I was looking through a couple different PEOPLE magazines to get some inspiration if I really wanted to cut it or not and I saw the same actress with the same or similar hair cut 3 times and finally went with it. I actually love it. Of course though when I got home I saw my long hair in pictures and immediately missed it. But I figure, it's just hair. I'll will grow back. It's nice to have a change. It makes it easier to deal with when it comes to going to clinicals. Well I actually don't know that yet, I'm just guessing. I'll find out later this week.

Kole's Birthday
We celebrated Kole's 35th Birthday a couple weeks ago. Yes that's right, 35! Whoo! Of course he doesn't look a day over 29. We spent the day together as a family-as his wish. He didn't want to do anything else. We went to dinner at his favorite mexican joint Casa de Reynoso, which honestly it truly is the best mexican food I've ever had. We go there quite a bit. Anyway, the sunday after my mom made Kole a special Birthday dinner- Swiss steak with yummy sweet potatoes and she made a yummy almond pound cake too. She is the best!! I love my mom and everything she does for me and for my little family. Kole was really appreciative of everything she does for him too. Kody really enjoyed the birthday candle part. She is all about blowing them out.
She loves blowing out the candles

My beautiful sisters! I love them
October celebrations... finally
Halloween fun! Kody had such a great time this year. She actually understood the concept of saying "trick or treat" and getting candy for it. This year I dressed her up as a little tinkerbell fairy type thing. She really enjoyed her little wings that I bought for her. I love costumes that don't take a lot of money or time to get together. I had this little green dress since my baby shower and I found some wings and bam! got a costume together. She was the cutes little tinkerbell I've ever seen. Below are some pictures of our activities. I didn't dress up. I wanted Kole to be peter pan and I would be Wendy, but that didn't happen. Oh well. Maybe next year we'll dress up. We always talk about dressing up, but we never do.
Kody dancing!
